and nobody cares!

well...maybe they do and maybe they don't...does it really matter?

i've considered blogging for several years now...but never really had any idea of what i would "blog" (wow...now it's become a verb AND a noun). but after reading a good many, and besides the technical, music or sports ones, i find they had very little to say. heck, a lot of the one's that i read in regards to technology, music or sports...weren't very interesting nor informative as well.

don't get me wrong. everybody is entitled to there opinion...and their right to share it. i just go tired of the vitriol and hyperbole found in many of those observations and points of view. hey, maybe you like the blog equivalent Dick Vitale or Jim Rome. there's plenty of cyber spew out there for you! me...i guess i'm looking for that nugget of wisdom or humor hidden in an unexpected place. yeah...that's a true find...

now...if that's what you're looking for here...you ain't gonna find it brother...or sister...or...yeah. nope...this blog is just a repository for my inane thoughts and observations of the world in and around me. anything worth taking away will be purely accidental and highly suspect. i'm a simple guy, who would love to live a simple life but God and Fate have handed me a different set of circumstances. mostly good...some great...punctuated with bits of extreme complexity and challenge... but who's life isn't? i'm not complaining (because it does me no good too) just laying a foundation...

but then again...who really cares?

well...does anyone really care and if no one does...does it really matter as long as i care?

that is the whole thing about blogging isn't it? we're putting our thoughts and opinions out there thinking someone or someones will give a nickel for those thoughts and observations. obviously they mean something to us...and maybe that's all that matters...so here goes...

i don't really have any real purpose for this other than to exercise my brain a little...and when i say a little...i mean very little!

so again...does anyone really care...and does it matter as long as someone does?
